It focuses on specific critical components, developing knowledge and learning everything possible to eliminate that component's failure. It builds predictive diagnostic models and provides the earliest possible detection of cause leading to failure.
We collect client data from the Tribology layer (e.g. lubricant, temperature, operations, and production) and integrate it into the Knowledge Base in near real-time. Tribology data provides important information about the impact of wear, faults, contaminants and all other causes leading to failure. When the system detects cause conditions, it delivers this information into the workflow system of operator personnel.
